Since a few years my daily task consists of the production of all kinds of paper maps; from city maps to street atlases, bicycle and hiking maps and panels, personalised maps for hotels and municipalities, large-scale as well as small-scale and from the Netherlands as well as from Germany and Belgium. Most products are to be published in bookstores and tourist information offices, others can be consulted while cycling. Both the initial contact with customers, as the collection and preparation of the geographic data and finalisation of the maps is what I spend my time on.
